Short and Sweet

Forewarning--- this is going to be as short as possible! Europe=amazing! I feel like I have experienced so much already that it is tough to find the words. We arrived in Fontainebleau just over three weeks ago and were able to set-up a bit. The place is really cool. There is an amazing castle in our town and our place backs on to a huge forst. A few days later we headed to the south of France for some sun. It is insanely busy there. Pretty much everyone in France is in the south, which is why we have no internet or bank accounts yet. Gotta love the French! After the south we headed to the north, far north that is...good old Denmark. We are currently staying with Danish lads Kasper and Soren, Jerome's chums from his exchange days, and now my friends from our crazy adventures. They have been outstanding hosts and we have had the opportunity to get a true taste of the incredible Danish culture. We head back to France tomorrow. I'm super pumped about getting back to our new home. My childhood friend Ashlea Mohos is coming to stay with me for a couple days starting on Aug 20th, so there are many new adventures to be had.

Good-bye Caledon (for good) and Toronto (for now)!!!!!

We've moved out of our condo. Thanks for those who said good-bye and helped out. Tonight is my last and final night in Caledon. I have to say farewell to the only home I've ever known, for when I return my parents will be living in a new house. Saturday we leave for France. My next post will be from Europe. Everything is still very unreal! I'll miss you all. xoxoxox

LEAVING SO SOON!!!!!

It's been awhile since the last post. I thought I would write a brief update. Only 16 more days until we leave for France. I'm so excited. We arrive August 2nd and we travel to Fontainebleau to check out our digs. Then we travel to the south for what is sure to be a wonderful week. From Nice we fly to Copenhagen to visit our two favourite Danes, Kasper and Soren. The travel gang reunited in Europe! Pictures and updates to follow.

Check out the awesome events around the city. Last night musician Taj Mahal rocked Metro Square. There are more exciting "free" events to come. Enjoy the city.

I just got back from the French Consulate and they granted me a year-long visa. Let the Countdown begin...56 more days until I'm off to Paris!
